Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sessions:

For session bookings with Holistic Agnes, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to provide flexibility while also maintaining the integrity of our booking system.

Online Sessions:

• If you need to cancel your online session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

In-Person Sessions:

• If you need to cancel your in-person session, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Offline Sessions:

• Sessions that are offline and delivered as recorded audio or reports are not eligible for refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
